Digital Marketing & Marketing Operations Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytically skilled Digital Marketing & Marketing Operations Executive who can support and manage various marketing activities, social media communications, online events, email campaigns, CRM operations, and marketing analytics.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong analytical abilities, good creative skills, and hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Canva, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot is a key requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Marketing Activities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute day-to-day digital marketing activities.
- Support marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and other digital channels.
- Assist in developing marketing calendars, campaign plans, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect content, updates, images, and other marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing reach, engagement, and conversion.
2. HubSpot / CRM Management – Critical Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities within HubSpot.
- Create and manage contacts, lists, properties, campaigns, and marketing assets.
- Create, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor email delivery, open rates, click-through rates, bounces, unsubscribes, and other campaign metrics.
- Maintain data quality and ensure proper contact segmentation.
- Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports in HubSpot.
- Track campaign performance and provide analytical insights.
- Support lead/contact management and marketing automation workflows.
- Maintain proper UTM/campaign tracking where required.
- Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
3. Social Media Management
- Create and publish social media posts for platforms such as: LinkedIn Facebook Instagram X/Twitter
- YouTube
- Prepare social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for content approvals.
- Design social media creatives using Canva.
- Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, and other social media metrics.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual presentation.
4. Online Event Management
- Plan and coordinate online events, webinars, expert talks, and virtual meetings.
- Manage event registration and participant communication.
- Coordinate event invitations, reminders, follow-up emails, and post-event communications.
- Support event promotion through email and social media.
- Maintain event-related data and participant information in HubSpot.
- Track registrations, attendance, engagement, and other event metrics.
- Prepare post-event reports and identify areas for improvement.
5. Content & Communication
- Draft professional emails, announcements, social media content, event invitations, newsletters, and marketing communications.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, and consistency.
- Ensure all external communications are professional and aligned with the organization's brand.
- Work with internal teams to convert technical or project-related information into easy-to-understand marketing content.
6. Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and dashboards.
- Analyze: Email campaign performance
- Social media performance
- Website traffic
- Event registrations and attendance
- Campaign engagement
- Contact/lead growth
- Marketing conversion metrics
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Maintain marketing-related Excel reports and databases.
7. Creative Design
- Create professional marketing creatives using Canva.
- Design:
- Social media posts
- Event banners
- Email graphics
- Presentations
- Newsletters
- Promotional materials
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
Required Technical Skills: HubSpot (Mandatory/Very Important), MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva, Social Media Platforms, Email Marketing, Google Analytics/Website Analytics, CRM/Marketing Automation, and UTM & Campaign Tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, social media, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot is highly preferred/required.
- Strong MS Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
- Good presentation and documentation skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Good creative skills and experience using Canva.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Desired Additional Skills

- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics / GA4.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.

- Experience preparing management dashboards and reports.
