Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Recruiter role located in Jaipur. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including requirement gathering from clients or internal stakeholders, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial technical and behavioral assessments. The role involves coordinating interviews, guiding candidates through the selection process, and supporting hiring managers with timely feedback and recommendations. The Technical Recruiter will maintain and update candidate pipelines, use recruitment tools and job portals, and help optimize hiring strategies to meet client timelines and quality expectations. This position also includes building strong relationships with candidates and clients, tracking recruitment metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of staffing processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Recruiting and Technical Recruiting to effectively identify and match IT professionals with client needs.
- Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring experience to manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes end to end.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, engage candidates, and provide clear updates throughout the hiring process.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud, DevOps, data engineering, QA, infrastructure) to evaluate technical fit.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (job portals, professional networks, ATS) and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, IT, or a related field, along with prior experience in agency or corporate technical recruiting, is highly beneficial.
- Candidates should possess a commitment to fair, inclusive hiring practices and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
