Role Description The US IT Recruiter – US Staffing | Kolkata role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating subsequent interview rounds. Daily responsibilities include working with job boards and social media, maintaining candidate pipelines, and aligning hiring needs with client requirements. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers and account managers, negotiating offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The recruiter is expected to follow staffing best practices, meet defined hiring metrics, and uphold a professional and inclusive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Strong IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills for US-based roles.
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Proven Recruiting and Hiring abilities with a focus on meeting client requirements and timelines.
- Knowledge of US staffing processes, employment practices, and time zones.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and clients professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet recruitment targets.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in US IT staffing or agency recruitment is preferred.
