Zennsoft Inc. is looking for a
skilled and experienced IT Recruiter – US Staffing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
W2, C2C, and Full-Time hiring, along with strong sourcing, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates through Dice, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
- Handle W2, C2C, and Full-Time hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and clients.
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial evaluations.
- Negotiate pay rates and compensation with candidates and vendors.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, submissions, and updates in the ATS/CRM.
- Ensure timely candidate submissions and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
🔹 Required Skills Experience
- Hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of W2 and C2C hiring processes.
- Experience working with vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced recruitment environment.
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for niche technologies such as Cloud, DevOps, AI, and Data.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms.
- Good understanding of the US IT staffing market and recruitment practices.
