We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented OPT Recruiter to join our growing US IT Staffing team in Begumpet, Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in OPT recruitment / US IT recruitment, strong knowledge of the US staffing market, and hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
The recruiter will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates currently residing in the USA, explaining available career opportunities, building strong candidate relationships, and supporting the recruitment and relocation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified OPT and other work-authorized candidates across the USA through LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Identify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
- Connect with candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Explain available opportunities, training programs, career support, and other benefits to candidates.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates.
- Convince and motivate suitable candidates to join the organization.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate candidate relocation and onboarding activities with the US team.
- Work closely with training, sales, and marketing teams to prepare candidates for suitable interview opportunities.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, technologies, and candidate availability.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in OPT Recruitment / US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Good understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates from different technical backgrounds.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to work according to US business hours when required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in OPT recruitment will be preferred.
- Experience working with technical candidates is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing techniques is preferred.
