Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST | US Shift
Experience: 6 Months 5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
🔹 Role & Responsibilities
Source IT candidates via job portals, LinkedIn & ATS.
Screen candidates as per client requirements.
Handle W2, C2C & Full-Time requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening.
Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain candidate pipeline & meet hiring targets.
🔹 Requirements
6 Months upto 5 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Strong knowledge of the US Staffing lifecycle & work authorization
Experience with Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
Strong Boolean search, communication & negotiation skills
Experience with Direct Clients/Implementation Partners is a plus.
