💼 Experience: 4+ Years of US IT Recruitment Experience
🏢 Work Mode: Onsite, Noida 63 (NO Remote/Hybrid)
🌙 Shift: US Night Shift
Salary: 45K CTC
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Source US IT candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, and other job portals.
- Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time requirements.
- Screen candidates and understand their technical skills and availability.
- Learn and work with US staffing models, tax terms, and work authorizations.
- Use Boolean search and build a strong candidate pipeline.
🔹 Required Knowledge:
✅ US IT Recruitment / US Staffing basics
✅ W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
✅ US work authorizations: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, OPT, CPT, and STEM OPT
✅ Good communication and sourcing skills
✅ Willingness to work in the US night shift
