Role Description The Technical Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh, India. The Technical Officer will be responsible for reviewing property valuation and collateral acceptance proposals in home finance, evaluating property documents and technical aspects of loan proposals, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, addressing customer queries with clear and accurate information, and supporting the resolution of issues.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review property documents, assess property-related information, and support informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with customers, internal teams, and external partners effectively.
- B.Tech in civil engineering is preffered
