Job Title: Technical Instructor / Engineering Mentor Intern
Location: Remote
Duration: 4 Months
Type: Internship (Full-time)
Stipend: Unpaid / No Stipend
About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Instructor Intern who will guide and monitor interns across Backend, Frontend, AI/ML, and Flutter domains. The role includes assigning technical tasks, evaluating submissions, conducting daily update meetings, and helping interns solve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign role-specific technical tasks and mini-projects
- Review and evaluate submitted work
- Conduct daily stand-up/update meetings
- Track intern progress and task completion
- Solve technical doubts and implementation issues
- Guide interns on best coding and development practices
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge in one or more domains:
- Backend Development
- Frontend Development
- AI/ML
- Flutter
- Understanding of Git/GitHub
- Good communication and mentoring skills
- Problem-solving mindset and leadership ability
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on real-world projects
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, or deployment basics
- Prior mentoring or team handling experience
Educational Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- AI/Data Science
- Or related fields
