The OpportunityThis is a flexible, remote contract role designed to fit around your full-time schedule. You can contribute based on your bandwidth and expertise across various engagement channels:
- Live Virtual Instruction: Lead evening or weekend cohorts for global bootcamps and academies.
- Enterprise Corporate Training: Conduct specialized, high-impact workshops for corporate engineering teams.
- 1:1 Mentorship & Career Coaching: Support learners through project reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance.
- Curriculum & Content Co-Creation: Design modern, production-grade projects, labs, and course materials.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver Hands-On Training: Facilitate engaging, live virtual classes and technical workshops focused on practical, real-world application.
- Mentor Learners: Guide students through labs, capstone projects, and real-world engineering challenges.
- Assess & Feedback: Provide constructive reviews on code submissions, architecture design, and assignments.
- Career Readiness: Conduct technical mock interviews and share real-world industry insights.
- Curriculum Improvement: Help refine learning materials and labs to keep pace with rapid technological shifts.
What You BringRequired- Experience: 5+ years of active, hands-on production experience in your core technical domain.
- Communication: Ability to break down complex technical concepts into intuitive, easy-to-understand explanations.
- Mindset: A genuine passion for teaching, coaching, and helping others advance their careers.
- Technical Depth: Demonstrated experience building or deploying scalable, production-grade applications.
Preferred (Nice to Have)- 8+ years of industry experience or senior engineering leadership roles (Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, Architect).
- Prior experience in teaching, corporate training, workshop facilitation, or technical blogging.
- Recognized industry certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, CKA, PMP).
- Open-source contributions or active engagement in developer communities.
