Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer with hands-on knowledge of cloud technologies and excellent writing skills. The ideal candidate should be able to create high-quality technical content, blogs, documentation, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and marketing assets related to cloud computing, DevOps, cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create technical blogs, articles, guides, and whitepapers on cloud technologies.
- Develop content around AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI/ML, cloud security and Salesforce.
- Write product documentation, knowledge base articles, technical manuals, FAQs, and release notes.
- Collaborate with Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Product teams to produce accurate technical content.
- Convert complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content.
- Create case studies, customer success stories, and solution briefs.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing.
- Research emerging cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, branding, and technical accuracy across all content.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, virtualization, networking, storage, and security.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Excellent technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles for technical content.
- Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, or Git-based documentation platforms is an added advantage.
- Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams.
