Hiring: Technical Business Development Associate Intern (Voice AI)
Shravan.ai builds AI voice agents for Indian businesses - real phone calls in Hindi, English and Hinglish (admissions, coaching, counselling, lead follow-ups).
This is not a “sit and watch” internship.
You’ll wear two hats:
1) Technical (Voice AI)
• Understand how a voice call works: telephony → speech-to-text → LLM → text-to-speech
• Help with demos, call QA, basic troubleshooting, and preparing client-ready examples
• Comfortable with GitHub, docs, and explaining tech simply to non-tech founders
2) Business Development
• Find and reach coaching / ed-tech / admissions / service businesses
• Build and manage a lead pipeline (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Book meetings, join demos, help close pilots
• Support pricing conversations and follow-ups
• Help run the company LinkedIn (posts, outreach, replies) under my guidance
Who should apply
• B.Tech students or recent graduates (CSE / IT / ECE / AI-ML preferred)
• Strong spoken English + Hindi (Hinglish OK) — this role talks to clients every day
• Interest in Voice AI / Conversational AI (course projects, hackathons, or self-learning count)
• Hungry to sell and learn, not only write code
• Organised, owns an Excel sheet, follows up without being chased
Compensation
• Fixed: ₹5,000 / month
• Performance: 10% bonus on every client you help crack (closed & paying)
• Realistic upside: if you close consistently, monthly earnings can grow toward ₹50,000–₹70,000 with commission - this is performance-linked.
What “cracked client” means
• A paying pilot or prepaid wallet client attributed to your pipeline (defined in offer letter)

• Remote - India’s timezone
Duration
• 3–6 months internship, extend / convert based on performance
