Job Description: -
We are looking to hire Team Leader/Assistant Manager for P&C Insurance Domain (Claims and Underwriting/Policy Servicing). You will be required to handle processes within P&C Insurance Claims and Underwriting/Policy Servicing and are responsible for maintaining high standards of Performance, SLAs & innovative solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and onboard new hires through induction, team bonding, and process orientation for Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Prepare and execute training schedules covering P&C insurance products, policy lifecycle, underwriting basics, claims handling, and customer service processes.
- Track attendance, assessment scores, certifications, and maintain accurate MIS reports.
- Ensure training content is updated in line with client requirements, regulatory guidelines, and process changes.
- Evaluate trainees' understanding through assessments, mock calls, and quality audits, and provide regular feedback to the Operations Manager.
- Deliver continuous coaching and constructive feedback to improve product knowledge, process compliance, and communication skills.
