Roles And Responsibilities
Minimum 3+ years of experience into Non-IT and Leadership recruitment.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for laterals and leadership hiring among BPO or BFSI or any non IT domains.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future needs.
Ensure compliance with hiring standards and practices.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates skills and experience.
Key Skillset
Must have end to end recruitment experience in BPO/ BFSI/ GCC hiring.
