Position: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Team Leader to lead, mentor, and drive a team of Relationship Managers towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Relationship Managers.
- Drive the team towards achieving monthly & quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor daily calls, leads, site visits, follow-ups, and closures.
- Ensure proper lead allocation and timely follow-up through CRM.
- Conduct regular team reviews and create clear action plans to close gaps.
- Personally support team members on important leads and customer meetings.
- Track individual RM performance and improve productivity.
- Ensure minimum activity and visit KRAs are consistently achieved.
- Build strong relationships with customers and assist the team in converting prospects.
- Coordinate with developers/project teams for updates, offers, inventory, and customer requirements.
- Identify underperforming team members and provide coaching and corrective action.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales reports.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Channel Sales / Direct Sales.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on numbers and closures.
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru's real estate market will be an advantage.
- Strong follow-up and team-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
