Home Locator is a fast-growing real estate channel partner based in Bengaluru. We guide homebuyers through the entire purchase journey, from property discovery to documentation and registration, working with reputed Tier-1 developers across Bangalore's most active residential corridors.

Experience: Freshers to 4 Years
Working Days: Wednesday to Monday | Weekly Off: Tuesday

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Any graduate. Freshers are welcome to apply
- 6 months to 4 years of sales experience preferred; real estate experience is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills, mandatory
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with cold calling
- Candidates from Real Estate, BFSI, Telecom, Auto, Hospitality, Retail, EdTech, or B2C sales backgrounds encouraged to apply
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred (not mandatory)
- Immediate joiners preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital channels
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Coordinate and conduct property visits and client meetings
- Present project details, configurations, pricing, and amenities effectively
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing residential property deals
- Coordinate documentation and agreements through to final closure
- Build strong client relationships and generate referrals and repeat business
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Stay updated on Bangalore's residential real estate market and ongoing projects
