Role Overview
As a Sr. Team Lead – Outbound Sales, you will lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Executives to consistently achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine people management with personal sales expertise, ensuring operational excellence across outbound calling, live selling, seller activation, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage an international outbound sales team.
Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback.
Monitor sales quality, productivity, and target achievement.
Oversee outbound calling, seller activation, onboarding, and live selling activities.
Ensure SLA adherence, process compliance, and accurate CRM data.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve team performance.
Conduct onboarding and activation calls with new sellers.
Prepare reports and maintain operational excellence across shifts.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in International BPO Outbound Sales/Inside Sales.
Minimum 3 years of team handling experience.
Experience leading outbound telesales teams serving US, UK, or APAC markets.
Strong sales coaching and performance management skills.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong objection handling and consultative selling skills.
Experience using CRM/Ticketing tools (Zendesk preferred).
Comfortable working in rotational shifts aligned with global business hours.
