We're looking for experienced professionals to join our Sales & Fulfillment Operations team for a leading global telecom client.
📍 Open Positions
🔹 Team Lead – 5+ years of experience
🔹 Assistant Manager – 7+ years of experience
✅ What We're Looking For
- Experience in Order Management or Sales & Fulfillment Operations
- Telecom industry experience is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP SD, Oracle OMS, or Salesforce OMS
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in handling SLAs, reporting, and process improvements
- Good Excel skills (Power BI or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus)

- Lead and support operations teams
- Manage order management and fulfillment processes
- Work with global clients and stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence
