Your Role
Manage order movement across the production floor, coordinate with artists and departments based on order priority, and ensure timely movement of orders through production, quality, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize daily orders based on urgency and committed timelines.
Coordinate with artists to execute priority orders first.
Track order progress across production stages.
Identify and follow up on delayed orders.
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve production delays.
Ensure completed orders move promptly to Quality and Dispatch.
Maintain the daily order-status tracker.
Escalate critical delays to management.
Requirements
MBA in Operations Management.
2–3 years of experience in operations, production, or floor management.
Experience coordinating production teams and order timelines.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience handling multiple orders with different priorities
Preferred Experience
Experience in handicrafts, artwork, furniture, interior décor, manufacturing, or similar production environments.
