About the Role
AutoPro Inspection Services is looking for a proactive and organized Team Coordinator – Vehicle Inspection to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy coordinating with customers and field teams, ensuring vehicle inspections are scheduled and completed efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with field teams to schedule and manage vehicle inspections.
- Understand customer availability and schedule vehicle inspection appointments.
- Coordinate with bank representatives to resolve field-related inspection issues.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
- Passion for customer service and teamwork.
