✈️ About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Operations Lead to manage end-to-end operations for our travel company in Telangana.
This role will involve tour coordination, customer handling, vendor follow-ups, and supporting the growth of our regional business.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations including bookings, itineraries, and customer queries
• Coordinate with the Head Office (Kerala) on packages, pricing, and tour schedules
• Handle customer relationships from enquiry to post-tour follow-up
• Maintain records, reports, and lead tracking using MS Office tools
• Support marketing activities and local promotions
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport partners
🎯 Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline
• Genuine passion for travel and tourism
• Tech savvy — proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) is a must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
⭐ Preferred (Optional)
• 1–2 years of experience in travel, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, and English
