Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for Teachers, Area Managers, and Center Coordinators. Team members will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, support classroom activities, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children. Area Managers will oversee multiple centers, guide staff, maintain quality standards, and coordinate operational and academic processes. Center Coordinators will manage day-to-day center operations, interact with families, schedule activities, and support teaching teams. All roles collaborate closely to implement the curriculum, monitor child development, maintain records, and uphold Kara4Kids’ child-centric values.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education, with knowledge of early childhood development and child-centric learning approaches.
- Ability to create and execute effective Lesson Planning that supports diverse learning needs.
- Demonstrated Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and team members.
- Proven Teaching experience, with a passion for nurturing and guiding young learners.
- Experience in Training and mentoring staff or peers in educational or childcare settings.
- Relevant degree or certification in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
- Organizational and leadership skills, especially for Area Manager and Center Coordinator positions.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment and maintaining child safety and wellbeing.
