Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Brand Experience Manager who can move comfortably between the creative room and the execution floor. The role combines brand ideation, experience planning, project operations and on-ground delivery across multiple touchpoints — including events, retail spaces, activations, content, social media and partner-led experiences. You will help translate strategies and presentation decks into experiences that people can see, feel and remember.
Career Direction
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in branding, experiential marketing, retail and service marketing, while developing both strategic thinking and strong operational ownership
What You Will Do
• Co-create brand experience ideas for communication calendars, campaigns, launches, events, retail environments and customer-facing touchpoints.
• Translate decks into execution plans by defining concepts, formats, timelines, vendors, budgets, production requirements and on-ground workflows.
• Plan and deliver activations ranging from micro engagements to medium-scale events involving customers, communities, partners, employees or other stakeholders.
• Own project coordination across internal teams, clients, agencies, fabricators, venues, sponsors and vendors to keep delivery aligned and on schedule.
• Support content creation through basic photography, videography, short-form content capture and simple editing for social and campaign use.
• Manage live brand touchpoints including event operations, retail experiences, installations, pop-ups, launches, workshops and service-led interactions.
• Coordinate social media responses and ensure customer or participant communication is timely, consistent and routed to the right stakeholders.
• Track execution details including logistics, production, inventory, permissions, manpower, run-of-show documents and post-event closure.
• Document outcomes and learnings through photographs, videos, reports, feedback and recommendations that improve future brand experiences.
What We Are Looking For
• Strong interpersonal skills: Ability to work with senior and junior stakeholders while remaining approachable,
respectful and dependable.
• Go-getter mindset: Willingness to experiment, learn unfamiliar things and take ownership beyond narrowly defined
guidelines.
• Resourcefulness: Ability to find people, vendors, information and practical solutions through creative problem
solving.
• Communication and coordination: Confidence in managing multiple conversations, follow-ups and dependencies without losing sight of the larger objective.
• Creative-operational balance: An interest in developing ideas as well as doing the detailed work required to bring them alive.
• Trend awareness: Active interest in social media formats, tools, content behaviour, emerging technologies and contemporary brand experiences.
• Visual curiosity: Amateur or working interest in photography, videography, styling, spatial design or content editing.
• Events and logistics exposure: Prior experience with events, production, retail execution, college festivals, community
initiatives or similar projects is valuable.
• Creative interests outside academics: Participation in sports, dance, theatre, music, design, gaming or other creative
communities is a plus.
• Experiential learning mindset: Interest in education, communication or engagement formats that go beyond
conventional classroom delivery
