HIRING | GST & CUSTOMS LITIGATION – MANAGER
📍 Mumbai-based candidates only
If you draft appeal memos, reply to SCNs and appear at
personal hearings under GST and Customs — read on.
If your practice is civil, criminal, corporate or general
litigation, this role is not for you.
THE WORK
* Drafting replies to Notices and Show Cause Notices
* Appeal memos against adverse orders
* Written and additional submissions
* Personal hearings before adjudicating and appellate
authorities
* Case strategy directly with the Partner
YOU SHOULD HAVE
* 1–3 years spent substantially on indirect tax litigation
(GST / Customs) — not general tax compliance
* CA / CA-Inter, or LLB with indirect tax litigation exposure
* Independent drafting and case-law research ability
* Current residence in Mumbai / MMR, working from our
[locality] office
