Role Overview/Key Responsibilities:
• Primary Client POC: You own the relationship. From daily emails to weekly status calls, you are the person the client turns to first.
• The Bridge: You translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for our internal creative teams. You make sure the "creative" matches the "brief."
• Content Strategy: You help plan social media calendars and campaign rollouts, ensuring the client’s brand stays relevant and active.
What We're Looking For:
• 2–3 Years in an Agency: You’ve been the main POC for clients before and know how to manage expectations (and occasional pivots).
• Social Media Savvy: You understand the platforms well enough to suggest to clients on what works and what doesn't.
• Problem Solver: When a problem arises, you come to the team (or the client) with a solution, not just a complaint.
