Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple functions, including Sales, Marketing, Production, Design, and Purchase. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating selection processes, and managing offers. The role also involves building and maintaining a strong employer brand through effective candidate communication, talent pipelines, and recruitment marketing initiatives. The specialist will maintain accurate recruitment data, ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring practices to support the company’s expansion.
Qualifications
- Candidate should have 1 - 5 yrs of experience
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to assess competencies and make data-informed recommendations.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employer Branding, including promoting the company’s value proposition to potential talent.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools, and MS Office; familiarity with data-driven HR practices is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on-site, maintain confidentiality, and uphold ethical hiring standards.
