Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter – Fresher to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Recruitment and
Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the flexibility to support recruitment activities whenever required. No prior recruitment experience is mandatory; training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Review and screen candidate profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess communication skills, experience, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines.
- Be available and responsive when urgent hiring requirements or business needs arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone and online platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and other office tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Proactive, positive, and target-oriented approach.
- Flexible and willing to be available when required based on business and hiring needs.
