Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. If you have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and building quality talent pipelines, we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices and market trends.
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources.
- 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and hiring best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
