📢 We’re Hiring | Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our team and support end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
📍 Location: Dabaspet, Bengaluru Rural
💼 Experience: 2–4 years
🎓 Qualification: MBA / MSW preferred; graduates with relevant experience may also apply
💰 Compensation: Best in the industry
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment consultants.
• Screen profiles and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage candidate communication, offer releases, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and talent pipelines.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
• Drive timely closure of vacancies as per manpower requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and procedures.
