Talent Acquisition Operation / Onboarding Manager – Bangalore
- Primary Technologies supported – iCIMS (ATS), ServiceNow (New Hire Onboarding Journey)
- Experienced People Manager of 3 FTES, 1 FTC serving as Business Analysts / Escalation support of Technical / Functional issues from regional support snalysts supporting the same technologies as above
- Supports TA and Onboarding Query escalation and resolution
- Ability to work across stakeholder groups (IT, Talent Acquisition COE, People Operations (HR)
- Detailed Oriented, excellent documentation, presentation and communication skills
- Can troubleshoot and identify issue trends and proactively research, propose and spearhead solutions
- Experienced at researching data trends and support ticket trending
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team to overcome obstacles
