We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive – US Recruitment with 3–6 years of experience to join our growing team and work on challenging requirements across Automotive, Embedded, IT, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Engineering domains.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage the end-to-end US recruitment process – sourcing, screening, submissions, interview coordination, negotiation & onboarding.
Source top talent through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job portals & internal databases.
Work on exciting technical requirements across multiple industries.
Handle both W2 and C2C hiring requirements.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, work authorization, location & compensation.
Coordinate interviews and keep candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers up to date.
Build strong candidate relationships and help drive successful placements.
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of US Technical Recruitment experience
Strong experience recruiting for Automotive, Embedded, IT, Aerospace, Oil & Gas & Engineering
Good understanding of US work authorizations: H1B, USC, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, etc.
Knowledge of W2, C2C & 1099
Strong sourcing, communication, screening & negotiation skills
Comfortable working in US time zones / night shifts
