Job Summary:
Seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive with 4–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and strong sourcing expertise. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying, attracting, and hiring quality talent while partnering with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen profiles and coordinate interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs.
- Build talent pipelines and ensure a great candidate experience.
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
Key Skills:
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and ATS.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
