About the Role
Radiant TechSolutions is looking for a motivated HR & Talent Acquisition Associate to join our recruitment team.
Please Note: This is primarily a Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) role. It is not an HR Operations, Payroll, or Employee Relations role.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
Eligibility
- MBA or B.Tech
- Final-year students and recent graduates can apply.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and MS Excel is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
