Key Responsibilities
- Create, validate, and process customer quotations and sales orders.
- Review contracts, pricing, discounts, and commercial terms for accuracy.
- Process customer purchase orders and convert quotes into sales orders.
- Maintain customer master data, pricing, and product information in ERP/CRM systems.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain teams for order fulfillment.
- Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition support.
