- Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Oversee the end-to-end procurement of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, surgical consumables, and non-medical supplies while maintaining strict quality benchmarks.
- Inventory & Material Management: Implement inventory control measures (ABC/FSN analysis) across central stores, pharmacy units, and OTs to eliminate stock-outs and minimize expiry leakages.
- Cost Optimization: Drive aggressive cost-reduction initiatives through strategic vendor negotiations and volume-buying without compromising patient safety.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Build a robust regional vendor ecosystem, negotiate high-value Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and audit vendor performance.
- Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure absolute alignment with NABH quality standards, drug laws, and corporate internal governance guidelines for material handling.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, scale, and lead a high-performing zonal SCM and store operations team to foster a culture of total accountability.
