Key Responsibilities - Support supplier qualification and onboarding activities
- Assist in supplier audits (process/product quality)
- Monitor supplier performance and quality metrics
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA closure
- Review incoming quality issues and supplier deviations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (QMS)
- Support PPAP / APQP / FAI documentation (as applicable)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing)
Required Skills - Basic understanding of quality tools (7 QC tools, RCA)
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 / FDA 21 CFR (preferred)
- Knowledge of engineering drawings & specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination
Educational Qualification - BE / BTech – Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical (or equivalent)
Experience
Preferred - Exposure to medical device industry
- Awareness of risk management (ISO 14971 basics)
