About SuperK
SuperK is building India's next-generation omnichannel retail platform focused on serving value-conscious consumers across Tier II, III and IV cities.
Backed by marquee investors and operating across multiple business models, SuperK is on a journey to scale rapidly while maintaining strong unit economics and capital efficiency.
With over 150 stores today and an ambitious roadmap to scale to 500+ stores, we are reimagining neighborhood retail through a combination of technology, supply chain excellence, private labels, membership programs and data-driven decision making.
As we scale, finance is expected to play a central role—not merely as a control function, but as a strategic partner that shapes business decisions, allocates capital effectively and drives sustainable profitability.

You will work closely with leaders across Operations, Category, Supply Chain, Marketing, Technology and Expansion to ensure every major business decision is financially sound, scalable and aligned with long-term value creation.
If you enjoy solving ambiguous business problems, influencing strategic decisions, building from first principles and working in a high-ownership environment, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to create one of the strongest Business Finance functions in Indian retail.
