📢 We’re Hiring: Manager / Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
📍 Location: Bangalore / Calicut
💼 Experience: 5+ years in FP&A
🎓 Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
🏥 Preferred Industry: Healthcare / Hospital Finance
We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business partnering for a leading healthcare organization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end reporting, including consolidated and unit-wise P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Prepare management reporting packs, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews for senior leadership.
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial modelling.
- Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and operational performance.
- Manage group/HQ reporting, consolidation, working capital, marketing spend, and CAPEX reporting.
- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards, automated reporting, and centralized financial data repositories.
- Track KPIs and provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 5+ years of FP&A experience; healthcare or hospital finance experience strongly preferred.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and P&L consolidation.
- Advanced Excel and hands-on experience with Power BI or equivalent BI tools.
- Working knowledge of Oracle or SAP ERP.
- Experience preparing standardized management reports and HQ budget submissions.
- Understanding of hospital KPIs such as occupancy, ARPOB, case mix, and payor/insurance analytics is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
