Position Name: Studio Operations & Business Development Manager
Hiring for: A Creative Studio that works on illustration, design and visual storytelling.
We are looking for a proactive, organised and entrepreneurial Studio Operations & Business Development Manager to join my client, a creative studio working at the intersection of creativity, publishing and design.
Ideal candidate: Should have experience in studio operations, project management, business development, client servicing, publishing, creative agencies, design, media, animation or related environments and have excellent communication skills.
What you'll be responsible for:
• Manage projects, timelines, deliverables and internal workflows to keep the studio running smoothly.
• Coordinate with clients (in the USA/ Canada/ other parts of the world), illustrators, art directors & creative partners to ensure projects stay on track.
• Support proposals, contracts, invoices, payments, documentation and day-to-day administration.
• Research and reach out to potential clients, publishers, authors, agencies and creative partners.
• Build strong relationships and proactively identify new business and revenue opportunities.
• Support marketing, social media, outreach and initiatives that contribute to studio growth.
• Research competitors, industry trends and potential collaboration opportunities.
• Manage client & partner communication, including professional emails, proposals and follow-ups.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the founders and creative team and gradually take significant ownership of the operations, client relationships, business development and growth side of the studio.
Location: India
Experience: 3–6 years
Mode of Employment: Complete work from home, day shift with flexible working hours
Salary: between 50k to 60k per month
