We Are Hiring: Business Developer Manager | Gorkela Law Offices
Gorkela Law Offices, led by Dr. Manoj Gorkela Sir, Special Counsel for the Governments of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh at Supreme Court of India is looking to onboard a Business Developer with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in law firms.
Position: Business Developer Manager.
Location: K-4, 2nd Floor
Jangpura Extension New Delhi - 110014, (Head Office).
Experience Required: 02 to 05 years in a business development or client engagement role within a law firm or legal service setup.
Role Expectations:
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities, client leads, and strategic partnerships.
• Enhancing visibility of the firm through targeted outreach and institutional liaison.
• Coordinating with legal teams to align services with client requirements.
• Managing internal tracking systems, pitch documents, and client follow-ups.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Key Competencies:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, result-driven approach with professional integrity.
• Understanding of litigation practice areas and legal service models is preferred.
