🚀 We're Hiring: Student Success Associate (Remote)
Do you love helping people cross the finish line? We're looking for a Student Success Associate to join our Placement team and turn every eligible student's learning journey into a real job offer.
📍 Location: Remote
🗓️ Work Week: 5 days (Weekly offs: Saturday & Monday)
💼 Preferred Background: Pre-Sales experience
What you'll own:
🎯 Build and nurture a pipeline of hiring partners actively hiring in our students' domains
🎯 Match students to roles based on skill level, specialization, and career goals 🎯 Track placement metrics — time-to-placement, offer acceptance, role relevance, starting comp
🎯 Proactively reach out to job-ready students who've stalled — resume gaps, low application activity, interview anxiety
🎯 Set milestones, run check-ins, and keep students accountable to their placement timeline
🎯 Spot at-risk students early and intervene before they disengage
🎯 Document and share student success stories to motivate peers and inspire prospective learners
What we're looking for:
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you'll be talking to students and hiring partners daily
✅ A background in pre-sales, counselling, or a similar target-driven, people-facing role (preferred)
✅ Comfort with follow-ups, outreach, and holding people accountable — kindly but consistently
✅ Genuine investment in outcomes, not just activity
✅ Organized and data-minded — you'll track and report on placement metrics regularly
