KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales targets and improve store revenue.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and handle high-value clients.
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain inventory, stock movement, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, billing processes, and store SOPs.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and coordinate with management.
ELIGIBILITY
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in jewellery retail.
• Must be fluent in Hindi & English both.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery products, sales techniques, and store operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on sales growth.
