Store Manager – Footwear Retail
Job Description
- Manage and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive store sales and achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor and improve store KPIs, KRWs, and other key business performance metrics.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Create a customer-first environment and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper stock control.
- Ensure operational standards, store processes, and company SOPs are followed.
- Analyze store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
- Conduct regular team briefings and provide guidance to sales staff.
- Monitor individual and team performance and support employee development.
- Maintain proper visual merchandising, product presentation, and store standards.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth store operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager.
- Must have experience in the footwear retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, KRWs, and business metrics.
- Proven track record in sales and team management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory and store operations.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to manage a high-performing retail team.
