Sindhoi Patola Arts is bringing the royal threads of Gujarat to Hyderabad, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced retail leader to helm our new store.

With a strong, established retail footprint in Rajkot and Ahmedabad, we take pride in delivering heirloom-quality ethnic wear to our discerning clientele. Now, we are thrilled to announce our expansion into the vibrant city of Hyderabad.
The Role: Store Manager (Hyderabad)
As the Store Manager for our new Hyderabad location, you will be the face of our brand in a new market. You will lead the daily operations of the boutique, curate exceptional luxury shopping experiences for our clients, and drive the sales of our premium designer wear and authentic sarees.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee end-to-end store operations, ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, styling them in our heritage pieces.
- Manage inventory of premium handloom products, ensuring visual merchandising reflects the luxury of the Sindhoi Patola brand.
- Execute local store marketing and outreach to build a strong clientele in Hyderabad.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of proven retail management experience specifically in Sarees, Indian Ethnic Wear, or Designer Wear. (Please note: Industry-specific experience is mandatory).
- Skills: Strong leadership, impeccable communication, and a deep appreciation for Indian handlooms and textiles.
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
