Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading daily operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role oversees sales performance, supervises store teams, and manages scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and visual merchandising. The Store Manager monitors inventory, coordinates stock replenishment, and helps implement retail loss prevention practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching team members, resolving customer concerns, maintaining store standards, and working toward sales targets and brand goals, while providing regular performance and business updates to leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated strength in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering a welcoming, high-quality retail experience.
- Strong Communication skills for engaging customers, guiding team members, and coordinating with management and headquarters.
- Proven Store Management capabilities, including staff supervision, scheduling, sales tracking, and visual merchandising.
- Experience with Retail Loss Prevention practices, such as monitoring stock, implementing security procedures, and ensuring compliance.
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, handle fast-paced environments, and make data-informed decisions.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail software; comfort with using spreadsheets and reports.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
