✔Bring 10–20 years of experience across Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Financial Services, or Partnership Distribution
✔Acquire, activate, and scale institutional partnerships
✔Own state-level business targets, market expansion, and revenue growth
✔Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and institutional decision-makers
✔Lead, coach, and develop high-performing business development and relationship teams
✔Drive partner productivity, retention, profitability, and sustainable growth
