Role: Application Support Engineer / SRE
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 3–5 Years
We are looking for an experienced Application Support / SRE professional to support critical applications, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L1/L2 application and production support
• Troubleshoot functional, performance, integration, and system issues
• Monitor application health and proactively identify bottlenecks
• Perform RCA and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
• Support deployments, upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
• Manage incidents, tickets, SLAs, and on-call support
• Maintain logs, documentation, runbooks, and known-issue records
• Collaborate with Development and QA teams for releases and issue resolution
Required Skills:
• 3–5 years of Application/Production Support experience
• Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices & Monolithic applications
• Jenkins, Bitbucket & CI/CD
• SQL/NoSQL databases and database troubleshooting
• Linux & Windows administration
• Python / Shell scripting
• Jira, GLPI or similar ticketing tools
• Grafana, Nagios and/or ELK Stack
• Strong troubleshooting, RCA and incident management skills
• Knowledge of Java or similar application frameworks
