About Amura
Amura Marketing is a next-generation Martech company, that delivers end-to-end marketing and sales solutions to leading brands in India. The company's ethos is built upon the philosophy of 'Marketing Engineered', an approach that delivers marketing & sales solutions through innovative ideas in design, engineering, and technology.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Visualizer who thinks like a marketer and designs like an artist. You will take a campaign from a blank page to final output: understanding the business problem, shaping the concept, designing it, presenting it to clients, and then tracking how it performs in the market. Beautiful work that doesn’t perform isn’t finished work here.
What You’ll Do
- Conceptualise and design integrated campaigns for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube, from idea to final output
- Create logos, brand identities, and visual systems
- Decode client briefs to find the business intent behind the request, not just the deliverable
- Design for every stage of the digital marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention)
- Own creative performance: track how your creatives perform (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, engagement, thumb-stop rate), spot creative fatigue, and iterate on the data. Work closely with performance marketing teams to run A/B tests and feed learnings into the next round
- Join client calls, understand requirements first-hand, and present design ideas and rationale with confidence
- Collaborate with strategy, content, performance, and tech teams
- Mentor junior designers and run knowledge-sharing sessions on your areas of strength
- Meet committed timelines through disciplined prioritisation and time management
What We’re Looking For
Experience and exposure
- 3-4 years in advertising, a digital marketing agency, or a similar creative environment
- Cross-industry breadth: a portfolio showing work across at least 70% of the industry spectrum (for example Healthcare, BFSI, Real Estate, B2B/Tech, Education, FMCG, Retail/D2C, Automotive, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Travel, and Consumer Services). You should adapt visual language, tone, and compliance sensitivities to each sector.
- Proven work on social media and digital campaigns, logo design, and branding
Skills And Mindset
- Strong grasp of full-funnel digital marketing and how creative drives each stage
- Performance-aware design: comfortable reading ad dashboards and acting on creative insights
- Current on design trends: integrated campaigns, advertising ideas, typography, colour, motion, and platform-native formats
- High attention to detail. We value polish and craft over rushing to completion
- Self-disciplined, reliable on deadlines, and strong at prioritising across multiple projects
- Clear communicator, both with internal teams and clients
- Education from an art or design school (BFA, BDes, or similar) is preferred, or an equivalent portfolio demonstrating the same depth
Tools
Core design (must have)
- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AI Tools
- Google Slides, Sheets, PPT Design and Docs
- Printing Knowledge
AI-powered design toolkit
We expect working fluency, and the judgement to know when AI helps and when it doesn’t.
- Image generation: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E / ChatGPT image generation, Google Gemini (Imagen), Leonardo.ai, Ideogram, Stable Diffusion, Krea
- AI inside design tools: Photoshop Generative Fill / Expand, Illustrator Generative Recolor and Text-to-Vector, Figma AI, Canva Magic Studio, Adobe Express
- AI video and motion: Runway, Pika, Kling, Google Veo, Sora, HeyGen
- Enhancement and utility: Topaz Photo/Video AI, Remove.bg, Upscayl, Clipdrop
- Concepting and copy support: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini (for ideation, mood boards, prompt-writing, headline testing)
- Creative analytics: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, GA4, and AI-assisted creative-testing platforms
Good to have
- Figma, Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro, CapCut (motion and short-form video)
You should be able to write strong prompts, maintain brand consistency in AI-assisted work, and keep a clear view of IP and licensing, client-approved usage, and quality control.
Why Join Amura
- Work on diverse, high-impact campaigns across a wide range of industries
- A culture that values craft, data-backed creativity, and continuous learning
- Opportunity to lead, mentor, and shape the design function
