Role Description The Sr. Manager / AVP / VP / SVP will lead strategic initiatives that drive growth, product innovation, and operational excellence for Secure Bima’s insurtech offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, involving close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product, technology, operations, and sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining business strategies, overseeing key projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring execution against performance targets. The role also includes analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, optimizing processes, and mentoring team members to build strong, high-performing functions. The person in this role will be expected to represent Secure Bima with external partners and contribute to long-term vision and roadmap planning.
Qualifications
- Strong background in business strategy, planning, and execution within financial services, insurance, or technology-driven organizations.
- Experience in product management or program management, including end-to-end ownership of initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making using quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities for internal and external interactions.
- Proven track record of driving growth, process improvements, or digital transformation in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple priorities with strong accountability and ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Understanding of insurtech, digital platforms, and Indian insurance market dynamics is a strong advantage.
