🚨 Hiring: DFT Engineers | Bangalore
We are looking for experienced DFT Engineers to join a semiconductor engineering project in Bangalore.
🔥 Project starts from Day 1
⚡ Immediate joiners only
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Experience: 4–15 Years
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Execute and support DFT activities including Scan Insertion, ATPG & OCC Integration
• Perform DRC Debug, Test Coverage Analysis & Simulation Debug
• Analyse and resolve issues related to Testability, Fault Coverage & Pattern Generation
• Work on advanced DFT methodologies including SSN, IJTAG, ICL & PDL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth DFT integration and issue resolution
• Contribute to improving DFT flows, methodologies and debug efficiency
🔹 Required Skills
✔ Strong understanding of DFT fundamentals, ATPG, Scan Architecture & OCC
✔ Hands-on experience in DRC Debug, Coverage Debug & Simulation Debug
✔ Exposure to SSN, IJTAG, ICL & PDL frameworks
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex DFT issues
